1. Grant of License
Upon valid purchase and payment, DocStack Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
- Download the purchased template file(s)
- Use and customize the template for your own internal business, professional, or personal purposes
- Produce finished documents and deliverables for your clients using customized versions (e.g., a completed proposal or report)
2. License Scope by Product Type
Single Template Purchase
Licensed to one individual or one business entity (one "Licensee"). Up to five (5) authorized users within the same organization may use the template on company devices.
Starter / Business Pack
Each download in a pack is subject to the same single-template license. Packs may not be split and resold separately.
Pro Library Subscription
While your subscription is active and in good standing, you may download and use templates under this license. When your subscription ends, you must stop using templates downloaded during the subscription unless you purchased them individually. We recommend purchasing perpetual licenses for templates you need long-term.
3. What You May Do
- Edit text, labels, colors, logos, and formulas for your use
- Print or share completed, filled-out deliverables with clients, employers, or advisors
- Store copies on your devices and secure backups for Licensee use only
4. What You May NOT Do — Strict Prohibition on Resale
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the template files themselves. This includes but is not limited to:
- Selling or giving away the blank or customized template file
- Including templates in a product you sell (course, bundle, SaaS, etc.)
- Uploading to file-sharing sites, Notion galleries, or template marketplaces
- Sharing the .xlsx, .docx, or source file with anyone outside your licensed organization
- Granting sublicense rights to affiliates, franchisees, or white-label partners
Finished work product is allowed: You may deliver a completed budget, contract, or report to a client. You may not deliver the reusable template structure for the client to reuse as their own template library.
5. Ownership
DocStack Pro retains all right, title, and interest in templates, including all copyrights, trade secrets, and derivative works based on our original designs. Your license does not transfer any ownership to you.
6. License Verification
We may use download records, account information, and technical measures to enforce this license. Suspected piracy or redistribution may be investigated and reported.
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the template files in your possession.

9. Entire License Terms
This EULA supplements the Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the more restrictive term regarding intellectual property and redistribution applies.
