1. All Digital Sales Are Final
DocStack Pro does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital template purchases once download access has been granted, except where required by applicable law that cannot be waived.
2. Why No Refunds
Our products are instantly delivered digital files. Once you receive the download link or file, the product cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical goods. This policy protects against unauthorized copying and redistribution after refund.
3. Before You Purchase — Acknowledgment Required
At checkout, you will be required to confirm that you:
- Have reviewed the template description and format
- Understand this is a license to use, not ownership of the template
- Agree that sales are final upon delivery of the download
- Agree to our License Agreement (no resale or redistribution)
4. European Union / United Kingdom — Digital Content
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, you may waive this right by:
- Explicitly consenting to immediate delivery before download, and
- Acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins or access is granted
This waiver will be presented at checkout. If you do not consent, we cannot deliver the product immediately.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Pro Library subscriptions: You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time in the current period unless required by law.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement download or account credit if:
- You were charged twice for the same template due to a technical error
- The file was corrupted and cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours
- You never received download access due to a verified system failure on our end
Contact hello@docstackpro.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. This is not a refund — it is technical support remediation only.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first, or after successfully downloading templates, may result in permanent account ban and reporting of license violation. We will provide evidence of delivery to payment processors.
