1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing docstackpro.com (the "Site"), creating an account, joining a waitlist, or purchasing any digital product from DocStack Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "Customer," or "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our End User License Agreement, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Products and Services
DocStack Pro sells digital document and spreadsheet templates delivered by instant download. We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or professional advisory services. Template descriptions are for informational purposes only.
4. Orders and Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due in full before download access is granted.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, or correct pricing errors.
- Subscriptions (e.g., Pro Library) renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. License — Not a Sale of Copyright
Purchasing a template grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license as described in our License Agreement. You do not acquire ownership of the template files, source structure, formulas, designs, or any intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DocStack Pro.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or give away any template (original or modified)
- List templates on Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, or any marketplace
- Share download links, files, or access credentials publicly or with unauthorized users
- Use templates to create competing template products or libraries
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
- Reverse engineer templates for the purpose of reproduction or resale
- Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or mirror our catalog
Violation may result in immediate termination of license, account closure, and legal action without refund.
7. No Refunds After Delivery
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once download access is provided. See our Refund Policy for full details, including EU/UK digital content consent requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content, templates, logos, branding, text, and software are owned by DocStack Pro or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. DMCA / Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@docstackpro.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good-faith statement; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TEMPLATES WILL MEET YOUR LEGAL, REGULATORY, OR BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCSTACK PRO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DocStack Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of templates; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) content you create using our templates.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must delete all downloaded files. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP violations. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Update the governing state in consultation with your attorney if your business is registered elsewhere.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
